Eleven-year-old Hunter Frey, from the Delaware, Ohio, Grace Brethren Church and author of the FaceBook cause “Hunter’s Hope for CAR,” has negotiated with Ken’s Car wash for 10 percent of all proceeds in April and May to be donated to ICDI’s work in central Africa among orphans and those in need of clean water.
