Moving forward is sometimes scary but staying still can be worse. We applaud the leadership of our mission on this bold, forward-thinking move. When we left France to move to Cambodia, the Lord forced us to burn our bridges. We didn't see the wisdom of that at first but we definitely do now. We pray that God will give boldness and great joy to "Team Atlanta" as you move forward.

A big thank you to Jesus and all of those who have walked with us through this decision and transition. We could not feel more loved and in the center of God's will. I share here excerpts from my letter to the ICDI staff for the benefit of the perspective within which Dawn & I currently rest:

"...Dawn and I consider ourselves extremely blessed that my working life to date has been filled with professional and ministry occupations which have been both deeply challenging and immensely meaningful. Each progression from one place of employ (GBIM, ICDI) and ministry (WLGBC, New Horizon) to the next has been a wonderful advancement of opportunity to ply my skills in ways beneficial to the advancement of the Kingdom, growth and development of the organization as well as myself personally and professionally...I will forever benefit from the things I've learned, experiences I've had, places I've been, and relationships I've made...[each progression] has even better suited me to that which I have always felt most called to and desire to be vocationally placed within.

That said, recently a long-time and admired Pastor friend of mine, Jim Brown, has asked me to join his staff team at Grace Community Church in Goshen, Indiana to oversee the church's community/international outreach programs and the business/finance growth of the church. My longstanding sense of calling to this combination of ministry as my "ultimate sweet-spot," coupled with my deep admiration for the vibrant ministry trajectory that this church's leadership team is on, compels me to accept the offer..."

Thank you in advance for all your prayers of support and encouragement as Dawn & I advance forward into this new, God ordained adventure in ministry. We love you all, Ted & Dawn
